Denver Firefighters Museum Free Days
The Denver Firefighters Museum free days are a fun way to learn about real Colorado firefighters and the history of fire fighting in Colorado.
Exhibits feature firefighting equipment, communication and alarm systems throughout the years. And of course, fire trucks from the earliest push carts to modern day machines. You can tour the living area of a firehouse and visit the kids area with interactive kiosks. The free days are kid oriented so there will be plenty of things for the young ones to do and see.
2011 Schedule: All free days are on a Saturday from 10am to 2pm.
Saturday February 12.
Saturday September 10th (grandparent's day, bring your grandkids).
Saturday October 8th.
The annual Holiday Open House is on Saturday December 10th from 4 pm to 6 pm, which is also a free event.
Location:
Downtown Denver at 1326 Tremont Place.
